Sgt Thomas Rieg, I CORPS Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion (HHBn) S2 non-commissioned officer in charge, describes his experience training for the Expert Soldier Badge (ESB) event at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, October 12, 2023. Sgt Rieg, along with other Soldiers from HHBn, train up for the land navigation portion of the ESB event by practicing plotting points and trekking through the woods to each point.
