U.S. Army Sgt. Tyler Ramsey, assigned to the 86th Engineer Dive Detachment, gives 3 tips for U.S. Army Dive School in Naval Base Guam, Guam, Sept. 21, 2023. The school is known as the Combat Diver Qualification Course, and it's held in Key West, Fla.
