Joel Thompsett, a platoon leader with Signal, Intelligence and Sustainment Company, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 4th Infantry Division, discusses the benefits of sprints - his favorite part of the Human Performance Optimization Program - and the overall benefits of HPOP, a Fort Carson fitness program that helps prepare Soldiers for the upcoming Army Combat Fitness Test, Fort Carson, Colorado, Dec. 11, 2018. Every day his Soldiers participate in this rigorous workout program along with over 100 Soldiers from across HHBN, 4ID.
