5th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment

Soldiers from the 5th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment and Directorate of Emergency Services, each stationed on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, participate in this Public Service Announcement to raise awareness of safety while in a crosswalk, March 7, 2023. The PSA, "Right of Way," shows a Soldier who views his surroundings outside of his body facing a near death experience, through slow motion, just as he is hit while in a crosswalk by a passing car. Although pedestrians are given the right of way, the purpose of this PSA is to show that they still need to stay vigilant. (U.S. Army video by Pfc. Kourtney Nunnery)
