The 20th CBRNE Command is a highly technical, special purpose, expeditionary formation of approximately 5,000 soldiers and 225 civilians posted across 16 states and 19 installations. The 20th CBRNE Command is comprised of 85% of the Army's active component CBRN and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) forces and was organized specifically to consolidate mission command of these special purpose CBRNE assets under one operational headquarters within the US Army Forces Command.
