1AD exchanges their older M2 .50cal machine guns for new M2A1 machine guns. The new weapon systems have fixed "headspace and timing," allowing for faster barrel changes, as well as making the weapon safer. Package includes an sound bite from Spc. Don Lamendola, Woodbury, Tennessee and Maj. Ken Bernier, Asst. Product Manager, Garland, Maine. This is the first fielding of the upgraded weapon in the army. Available in high definition.
