Staff Sgt. Alysia Jenkins and Staff Sgt. Michelle Smith, Pregnancy, Postpartum Physical Training exercise leaders, describe their approach towards leading the P3T program at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. P3T is designed for Soldiers who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or recently were pregnant, with the goal of aiding in the Soldier’s healthy pregnancy as well as reintegrating Soldiers back to their unit following delivery.
