U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to I Corps, Joint Base Lewis McChord, compete in the Army’s International Sniper Competition at Fort Benning, Ga. April 7, 2025, as a part of the U.S. Army’s “Infantry Week”. Infantry Week 2025 consists of the Best Sniper, Best Ranger, Best Mortar and the Lacerda Cup Combatives Competition. These events promote increased lethality and proficiency within the Department of Defense through elite-level competition and bring in the best of the best from around the world.
