U.S. Army Soldiers deployed to Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania, participated in the German Armed Forces Badge for Military Proficiency qualification course, Aug. 20-23, 2019. The GAFB course tests overall military proficiency through Soldier-skill level tasks, fitness and marksmanship. Soldiers who complete the course with a qualifying score, earn the right to wear the foreign award on their military service uniform.
