The U.S. Army "Sisters in Arms" program is a way for female soldiers to look within their ranks to find mentorship, support, and relationships with other female soldiers that will help with personal and professional growth within their lives and careers.

For this event, female soldiers with 4th Battalion, 27th Field Artillery Regiment, came together for their first "Sisters in Arms" meeting by conducting a group, instructor led Zumba workout. The activity was concluded with junior soldiers meeting their designated mentor leaders and discussing future activities. Produced by Spc. Joshua D. Kramer. Includes soundbites from 2nd Lt. Sabrina Sanchez, "Sisters in Arms" officer in charge, Staff Sgt. Latecka Harris, battalion "SHARP" representative (Sexual Harassment/Assault Response & Prevention), and Sgt.
