Since the days of the Army most senior leaders are used to, physical training has come a long way. Twenty years ago, who could have imagined things like Crossfit and yoga making their way into the lives of Soldiers on a daily basis when the mentality then was more in favor of push-ups, sit-ups and running - and little else. But now it's easy to see military fitness has evolved leaps and bounds beyond that. Available in high definition.
