Sgt. 1st Class Joel Vallete, a signal section chief with the 1st Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, was an all Army boxing coach in 2016. Vallete is still teaching soldiers about discipline and boxing while deployed in Romania as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve.
