Soldiers and NCOs of Fort Bliss compete to be honored as the best in a series of tests that included a PT examination, a
rifle range, a land navigation course, an
obstacle course, a soldier skills test and a
combatives exam. Winners SGT Khano Neal and PFC Matthew Keun-young Shin will continue on to the 3rd Corps competition in Fort Hood.
