3d Cavalry Regiment “Brave Rifles” Troopers from Apache Troop, 1st Squadron “Teeth of the Regiment” encourage NASCAR driver #52, representing the regiment during the Salute Series race at Daytona, Florida, July 7, 2018. Brave Rifles Troopers are deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, supporting Iraqi Security Forces to defeat the last pockets of ISIS from the country. The 3d Cavalry Regiment is a trained and ready force, just as it has been for the last 172 years, and our Troopers are answering the Nation’s call to fight and win anywhere in the world.
