C Battery, 2-15 Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (LI), validated their crews on gunnery tables in the dead of winter on February 20 at Fort Drum, New York. Arctic conditions necessitate extra planning to account for maintenance and safety, but does nothing to deter Mountain Thunder from putting rounds downrange.
