As part of Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise Courage Ready 18-02, Task Force Tomahawk from 4th Battalion, 23d Infantry Regiment, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division and Charger Company of the 1st Battalion 5th Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, from Fort Wainwright, Alaska, attack and capture enemy defensive positions at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Aug. 5.

Courage Ready 18-02 is a readiness exercise designed to validate I Corps' ability to deploy, fight, and win decisively against any enemy in any environment.
