The German Bundeswehr NCO Academy and U.S. Army Noncommissioned Officer Academy in Grafenwoehr, Germany worked together to conduct a joint leaders course at the Bundeswehr training area at Leipzig, Germany. The purpose of the course is to develop interoperability between the two nations and assist our allies and partners in becoming a better trained fighting force. (U.S. Army video by Spc.
