K.I.A. kids is a national non-profit organization dedicated to
raising money for college educational grants. It was formed by
Atlanta area members of AMVETS, the 82nd Airborne
Division Association, and the American Legion to fill the gap left
by Veterans Administration Survivor Benefits in providing for a
quality education.
Children of all services will be eligible for the grants. Donations
are tax deductible, and K.I.A. Kids will be a part of the Combined
Federal Campaign next year.
